擊穿強度耐電壓測試儀安全保護功能：
1、試驗在試驗箱中進行，試驗箱門打開時電源加不到高壓變壓器輸入端，即高壓側無電壓。100KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于270mm，50KV測試設備高壓電極距離試驗箱壁的zui近距離大于250mm，試驗時即使人接觸箱壁也不會有危險。
2、設備要安裝單獨的保護地線。接保護地線，主要是減少試樣擊穿時對周圍產生的較強的電磁干擾。也可避免控制計算機失控。
3、該試驗設備的電路設有多項保護措施，主要有：過流保護、過壓保護、漏電保護、短路保護、直流試驗放電報警，電磁放電等。

6、本儀器之控制計算機專為電壓擊穿試驗機設計，請勿隨意添加和刪除程序或移作它用。
