一.  總有機碳分析儀（TOC）新品研發(fā)  工作原理

本儀器采用紫外氧化的原理，將樣品中的有機物氧化為二氧化碳，二氧化碳的測試采用的是直接電導率法，通過測試經過氧化反應的樣品的總碳含量和未經過氧化反應的樣品總無機碳的含量差值來測定總有機碳含量，即：總有機碳（TOC）=總碳（TC）-總無機碳（TIC）。
 

Working principle

總有機碳（TOC）分析儀采用世界先的雙波長紅外外氧化技術，精度高、靈敏度高。高性能CPU，觸摸屏智能化控制，具有離線分析和在線分析選配功能，配制外置式打印機，人性化的設計理念，更換UV燈和泵管不用拆開機箱，操作簡單、方便，實現了分析儀器國產化。符合《中國藥典》2010版附錄 VIII R制藥用水中總有機碳測定法，滿足藥典對儀器的要求：①TOC=TC-TIC，②系統(tǒng)適用性試驗，③檢測靈敏度（等于或小于0.001mg/L）。
